No. Apple never shares your balance with other apps, so you type it in yourself. Rei asks for no login, no password, and no access to your account.
The leftover App Store credit on your account — the same balance that can block an App Store region change. You enter the amount and see the total before you confirm.
Apple always spends your account balance first, then your payment method. If your credit covers the plan, nothing is charged. Apple confirms every purchase.
The App Store only allows fixed prices — no app can charge an arbitrary amount. So the cat combines a few small stars to land as close to your balance as possible, with the least overshoot.
