Rei is a helper for spending the leftover App Store credit on your account down to a round zero balance — so you can change your App Store region or simply clear the dust. You enter your balance and see the full total before anything is purchased.
Every purchase is a one-time item bought through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. Apple always spends your account balance first, then your payment method, and confirms every purchase before it happens. All billing, receipts, and refund requests are handled by Apple.
The App Store only allows fixed prices, so no app can charge an arbitrary amount. Rei combines a few small stars to land as close to your balance as the available price points allow. Many balances reach exactly zero for free; when they can't, the gap charged to your payment method is only a few cents. Very small balances (below the store's smallest price) cannot be spent by any app — Apple Support can clear those for you.
Rei is provided "as is," with no guarantee of a specific outcome. Always review each purchase before you confirm it. You are responsible for the purchases you choose to make.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rei and its developer are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the app. Your purchases are made through Apple and governed by Apple's terms.
