Rei keeps things simple. The app is built so that it never needs your personal data — and it doesn't collect any.
No account. No sign-in. No email. No analytics, no tracking, and no advertising of any kind. Rei does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.
You type your leftover App Store balance into the app yourself. Apple never shares your balance with third-party apps, so Rei has no way to read it on its own. The number you type stays on your device and is used only to plan the purchases that bring your balance to zero.
Every purchase happens through Apple's own App Store. Rei never sees your card, your password, or your account details. Payment, billing, and receipts are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
The only thing Rei saves is your Star Jar — the little collection of stars and wishes you gather as you clear balances. It is stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage and never leaves your phone. Deleting the app removes it.
Rei contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Nothing about your usage is sent to us or to anyone else.
Because Rei collects no personal data at all, it is safe for users of any age. We do not knowingly collect information from children — or from anyone.
If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
